Eligibility Conditions for Referral Program

To ensure fairness and integrity in our referral program, the following conditions must be met for referrers to be eligible for compensation:

1. Criteria:
   The referred business must meet at least one of the following criteria:

   • Revenue between $1M and $250M.

   • EBITDA between $500K and $25M.

   • Annual recurring revenue (ARR) of at least $1M+.

   • Company is actively planning and seeking advisory service providers for M&A, capital raising, or strategic partnerships.

2. New Business Requirement:
   The referred business must be a new registration on our platform, meaning it has not been previously registered or engaged with getana.io in any capacity.

3. Authorized Representative and Direct Relationship:
   The referrer must have a direct relationship with the referred business, and the business must be introduced by a decision-maker, such as an authorized officer, director, or senior executive who has the authority to act on behalf of the company in matters related to partnerships or advisory services. Referrers may not falsely act on behalf of the referred business, and such behavior will lead to disqualification from the program.

4. Consent for Referrals:
   Referrers must obtain explicit written consent from the decision-maker or authorized representative of the referred business before submitting their information through the referral system.

5. Non-Disclosure of Confidential Information:
   The referrer is responsible for not disclosing any confidential or sensitive information about the referred business unless explicitly authorized by the business to do so. The referrer bears full responsibility for any unauthorized disclosure of information.

6. Proper Use of Referral System:
   Referrers are required to use the referral system. Posting information from our referral system on public forums, coupon websites, classifieds, or any third-party website or platform without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Successful Registration:
   The referred business must successfully complete the registration process on our platform, including payment of any potential or applicable registration fee, and agree to our terms and conditions.

8. Formal Matching:
   The referred business must be formally matched with an advisor via our platform, confirmed through an official email notification from getana.io.

9. Referral Validity:
   The referrer is only eligible for compensation if the referred business hires the matched advisor after the connection is made, and no refund has been requested by the business during a period of 3 months.

10. Multiple Referrers:
    If a referred business is submitted by multiple users, only the first referrer whose referral led to the registration of the business will be eligible for compensation.

11. Program Changes and Suspension:
    We reserve the right to modify or suspend the referral program, including the eligibility criteria and compensation structure, at any time without prior notice.

12. Fraudulent Activity:
    We reserve the right to investigate any referral activity deemed fraudulent or in violation of the referral program’s terms. Accounts found in violation may be suspended, and any pending compensation forfeited.

13. Payment Timeline:
    Compensation will be issued to the referrer within 30 days of the confirmed match and hire of an advisor, pending verification of all eligibility criteria.

14. Referral Approval Process:
    All referrals are subject to review and approval by getana.io. We reserve the right to reject any referral that does not meet our business criteria or appears to be fraudulent or manipulated in any way.

15. Compensation Linked to Advisor Engagement:
    Compensation to the referrer will only be issued if the referred business has successfully engaged with and paid the advisor through the getana.io platform. If the advisor match does not result in a completed and paid engagement, no compensation will be awarded to the referrer.

16. Compensation Value:
    Compensation will be determined at the sole discretion of getana.io.

17. One-Time Compensation Per Business:
    A referrer can only receive compensation for the first successful referral of a business. If the business engages with multiple advisors at different times, additional compensation will not be awarded to the referrer.

18. No Compensation for Self-Referrals:
    Referrers cannot refer themselves or their own business for compensation. Any attempt to circumvent this condition will result in disqualification from the program.

19. Referral Expiry Period:
    If a referred business does not engage with an advisor within a specified timeframe (e.g., 3 months from the referral date), the referral will no longer be eligible for compensation. This ensures that referrers cannot indefinitely benefit from old, inactive referrals.

20. Right to Withhold or Delay Compensation:
    getana.io reserves the right to withhold or delay compensation if there is any suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or violation of the program’s terms. Compensation will only be issued after all eligibility criteria and verification steps have been met.

21. No Retroactive Referrals:
    Referrals must be made through the referral program before the referred business engages with getana.io. No compensation will be issued for businesses that were already in contact with getana.io or its advisors prior to the referral.
