Eligibility Conditions for Referral Program
To ensure fairness and integrity in our referral program, the following conditions must be met for referrers to be eligible for compensation:

The referred business must meet at least one of the following criteria:Revenue between $1M and $250M.
EBITDA between $500K and $25M.
Annual recurring revenue (ARR) of at least $1M+.
Company is actively planning and seeking advisory service providers for M&A, capital raising, or strategic partnerships.
New Business Requirement:
The referred business must be a new registration on our platform, meaning it has not been previously registered or engaged with getana.io in any capacity.Authorized Representative and Direct Relationship:
The referrer must have a direct relationship with the referred business, and the business must be introduced by a decision-maker, such as an authorized officer, director, or senior executive who has the authority to act on behalf of the company in matters related to partnerships or advisory services.
